RUN MUSIC LLC

PRIVACY

Your connection, your choice.

This site is operated for Run Music LLC and Mizuki Nakamura. If you connect, your email address, chosen language, consent text version and consent time are stored to record your request for artist transmissions. If you vote for a release, we also store the selected song and confirmed vote linked to your signup. A hash of your email prevents duplicate votes. Unsubscribing stops emails; it does not remove a previously counted vote. You can request deletion through the contact page. Contact forms store the name, email address and message you submit so the label can review your enquiry.

Measurement

Optional audience analytics and advertising measurement are off by default. If configured and allowed through Cookie Preferences, Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok receive interaction events such as music clicks and film progress. Form contents, email addresses and phone numbers are never included in these events. You can change your preference in the footer.

Your data

Hosting providers process data to operate the site. Resend processes the email addresses and message content needed to deliver confirmation emails, welcome emails and contact notifications. Subscriber details are not sold. A private subscription management link is provided after signup; keep it to withdraw email consent. For deletion, access or other privacy requests, use the contact page. Contact messages and subscriptions remain stored until removed by the operator.

SMS

SMS enrollment is currently closed and no text messages are sent by this site. Future enrollment requires a separate consent choice and published program terms.
